KazaUmri ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is protected. Your prayer data is deeply personal — we treat it with the respect it deserves.

What data we collect

• Account data: your email address and name, provided at signup.
• Prayer log data: the dates and rakat counts you log. This is stored in your Supabase database, associated with your user ID.
• Payment data: if you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe may retain billing information per their own privacy policy.
• Usage data: we do not use analytics tools or tracking pixels. We do not track behaviour across the app.

How your data is used

• To provide the prayer tracking service.
• To sync your data across your devices (Premium).
• To process your subscription via Stripe.
• We do not sell, share, or market your data to any third party.

Data storage and security

Your prayer data is stored in Supabase, a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is protected by row-level security.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at privacy@kazaumri.com.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage in your browser to save your app state locally. This data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud sync.

Children

KazaUmri is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
